In order to process your request for custom printing, we'll need to go over some or all of the following with you:
Different products with different MOQ, mostly with 100 pcs MOQ in same design.
Usually the price will be sent within 1 hour via emails or whatsapp, if you could send us below information:products you are interested in, quantity and some special request. It might be get longer during weekend, but we will reply you ASAP.
Illustrator-Accepted file formats: ai / eps / pdf
Photoshop-Accepted file formats: psd / eps / bmp
We can offer you the FREE template,and it is better if you have 3mm bleeding area on each cutting side when you make the design by yourself.
You can send us the picture ,logo and content, we can help you make the design with your request. No further changes allowed once the design are confirmed.
Usually, all of our products are customized, if you did not know the size , we can make you some recommendation on the popular size.
OLALA are NOT responsible for any copyright issue. You have to make sure you got the permission to use the photo from the owner, and take responsibility for image copyright.
OLALA won’t re-sell the design, but we have the copyright to show the final products on the our website. We can also help you make the FREE promotion on website and social media for your event with your permission only.
Of course you can have the sample. FREE sample is available, if you need sample in your hand, then you need to pay for shipping cost only.
We accept paypal, credit card, bank transfer, western union,Virtual currency(BTC,USDT). And we only accept full payment before the production.
Usually,it needs 7-9 work days for production after design and payment confirm, and 8-12 work days for shipping. But mostly depends on the products and finishing you requested , also the address the package need to be delivery.
The earlier, the better. But we still advice you to make the order as least one month before the event due to the uncertain shipping(COVID influence).
We offer DHL / UPS / Fedex / Aramex , etc shipping according to your shipping address, and FREE shipping within China mainland.
Usually, we will confirm you with the shipping info before shipping, which is not allowed to change. You need to pay for the extra cost raised by changing address.
Usually, we will declare the real products, quantity, price on the package, so it won’t have any issue based on our 5 years experience. However, if it really happened, we really cannot help, but only provide you the contact info of the shipping company on your local, they will guide you how to make the custom clear.
